The In House Development Team (IHDT) within the Housing Department at Harrogate Borough Council are responsible for the development and construction of council dwellings throughout the district. It is envisaged that eight sites will be developed over the financial years 2022/23 to 2024/25, subject to planning permission being gained on those sites. This will be a Framework Agreement running for two years, with the possibility of a one year extension. The envisaged start date will be 01/05/2022The IHDT would like to appoint contractors to the Lots listed below: • Lot 1 Groundworks (Foundations to Damp Proof Course & Foul and Surface Water Drainage) • Lot 2 Timber Frame Structures • Lot 3 Brick/Block works • Lot 4 Boarding and Plastering • Lot 5 Supply and installation of Gas Heating • Lot 6 Supply and installation of Heating Air Source Heat Pumps • Lot 7 Electrical Installations • Lot 8 Painting and Decorating • Lot 9 Driveways and Drop Kerbs • Lot 10 Supply and installation of UPVC Windows and Composite Doors • Lot 11 Supply and erection of Scaffolding • Lot 12 Supply and installation of Solar PV Lot 46518: Lot 1 - Groundworks - Foundations to Damp Proof Course (DPC) & Foul and Surface Water Drainage The Council is seeking qualified and experienced contractors to carry out groundworks such as foundations to damp proof course, surface and foul drainage connections and installation of ducting for utilities, in order to achieve a rolling programme of works. Lot 46519: Lot 2 - Timber Frame Structures The Council is seeking a suitably qualified manufacturer and erector of timber frames and roof structures for brick / stone clad dwellings throughout the Harrogate District.See Volume 3 - The Specification for further details.
