The largest contracts are LEVI-funded concessions: councils appoint a single operator to install and run on-street chargepoints for residents without off-street parking, often worth tens of millions over a long concession term. Alongside those sit smaller depot and fleet charging contracts for council, NHS and blue light service vehicles, standalone chargepoint installation and maintenance work at car parks, schools and hospitals, and back-office management contracts for existing chargepoint networks.

The main codes are 31158000 (Chargers) and 34144900 (Electric vehicles). Neither is applied as a filter on this page: keywords alone return more of the on-intent notices than keywords plus the codes together, since plenty of chargepoint contracts carry no CPV code at all or a general electrical installation code instead.

Crown Commercial Service's RM6237 Low Value Purchase System covers smaller chargepoint management purchases, and several councils have run their own multi-lot concession frameworks for LEVI delivery. Most standalone installation and maintenance work outside these still goes to the open market rather than a dedicated framework.

679 EV charging contracts have been awarded to date across the UK public sector, tracked by Stotles. That sits alongside 284 notices still at pre-tender stage, so a meaningful share of the LEVI-funded pipeline has not reached the market yet.
