This Preliminary Market Consultation on behalf of North East :Lincolnshire Council ahead of a procurement exercise to ascertain capabilities of companies interested in this project for a design and build of a single storey car park in the Cleethorpes area. The key objectives of the Grant Street Car Park scheme are as follows: • Alleviate parking problems in Cleethorpes • Reduce congestion • Increase parking revenue • Improve public realm that connects Grant Street with the Promenade • Promote electric vehicles with EV charging infrastructure Interested parties are asked to complete the questionnaire enclosed within this opportunity. Please note that a date of 27 April 2022 for possible interviews regarding the submission.
