This may include but is not limited to: Planned works: Fencing, Roofing, Flooring, Windows & Doors, Electrical Upgrades & Re-wires, Kitchen & Bathroom Upgrades and Replacements, Full Heating Replacements, Pointing & Wall Tiles. Also included are Refurbishment and Decarbonisation Works Responsive Repairs: Fencing, Roofing, Flooring, Windows & Doors, Heating Systems and Electrical Repairs. Voids: All Repair Works, Cleans, Gas Safety Check, Electrical Safety Check, Energy Performance Survey and EPC. he activities listed above are indicative only and are intended to provide an overview of potential requirements under a Call-off Contract.
