Expression of Interest — Housing Provision

Tipperary County Council is currently prioritising housing programmes for delivery. As part of a range of housing solutions, and in accordance with Rebuilding Ireland ‘Action Plan for Housing and Homelessness’ the housing authority is currently seeking expressions of interest from Approved Housing Bodies, Private Developers/Building Contractors and land owners. The interested parties should be capable of delivering social housing units within the County and have serviced lands, housing proposals with planning permission or turn key developments available. Lot 1: Tipperary County Council is currently prioritising housing programmes for delivery. As part of a range of housing solutions, and in accordance with Rebuilding Ireland ‘Action Plan for Housing and Homelessness’ the housing authority is currently seeking expressions of interest from Approved Housing Bodies, Private Developers/Building Contractors and land owners. The interested parties should be capable of delivering social housing units within the County and have serviced lands, housing proposals with planning permission or turn key developments available. In particular Tipperary County Council is seeking: • turnkey developments. Acquisitions are on a turnkey basis; potential payment is a fixed price lump sum, on completion of a development, within an agreed timeframe; • mixed development schemes where social residential components could be incorporated into them; • long term lease proposals in schemes or parts of schemes, with a minimum of 10 units for leasing for 10 to 20 years In the case of development with planning permission, completed development, dwelling units and all associated works must be fully compliant with the Department of Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government guidelines and standards.
