This service includes a wide range of repair and maintenance requirements such as joinery, painting, flooring, electrical, plumbing, preservation, gas engineering services, cosmetic repairs, roofing and building works to around 20,000 homes in the City of Edinburgh. Lot breakdown: Lot 1 - Internal Multi-Trade Lot 2 - External Multi-Trade Lot 3 - Gas Engineering Services Lot 4 - Preservation Lot 5 - Mobile Access Platforms and Scaffolding Lot 6 - Cosmetic Repairs Lot 7 - Jetting & Drainage Lot 8 - Flooring Lot 1: Internal Multi trade The City of Edinburgh Council wishes to appoint up to four suitably qualified and experienced contracting organisations to undertake Internal Repairs and Maintenance works to domestic properties. This Lot will cover the following trades, together with all their associated works: Joinery, Plumbing, Electrical (including electrical heating & maintaining new forms of heating such as solar, ground source heat pumps, air source heat pumps etc.), Painting, Plastering, Windows & Glazing, Flooring Coverings and Scaffolding Lot 2: External Multi-Trade The City of Edinburgh Council wishes to appoint up to four suitably qualified and experienced contracting organisations to undertake External Repairs and Maintenance works to domestic properties under a term contract agreement. This Lot will cover the following trades, together with all their associated works: General Builder, Roofing, Mobile Access & Scaffolding, and Blacksmith & Fencing Lot 3: Gas Engineering Services The City of Edinburgh Council wishes to appoint up to four suitably qualified and experienced contracting organisations to undertake repairs and maintenance works under a framework agreement for; Domestic (& Commercial) Gas installations (heating & hot water) & all associated trades/works, Routine annual maintenance of domestic & commercial gas installation Lot 4: Preservation The City of Edinburgh Council wishes to appoint two suitably qualified and experienced contracting organisations to undertake Preservation works to domestic properties. Lot 5: Mobile Access Platforms and Scaffolding The City of Edinburgh Council wishes to appoint two suitably qualified and experienced contracting organisations to undertake Scaffolding works to domestic properties. Lot 6: Cosmetic Repairs The City of Edinburgh Council wishes to appoint one suitably qualified and experienced contracting organisations to undertake cosmetic repair works to domestic properties. Lot 7: Jetting and Drainage The City of Edinburgh Council wishes to appoint two suitably qualified and experienced contracting organisations to undertake Jetting, CCTV surveys and Drainage works to domestic properties.
