Guinness Property maintain over 45,000 properties and carry out major works & refurbishment on behalf of The Guinness Partnership Limited, supply partners awarded to this framework will assist Guinness Property in completing a number of void works to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure works are carried out in line with customer appointments.. This Framework is split into a number of separate geographical areas for supply partners to bid for the provision of Empty Homes works, contractors can bid for one or more of the following geographical areas: • North West (Greater Manchester, Salford, Rochdale, Blackburn, Oldham, Bury, Stockport, Macclesfield, Wigan, Bolton, Lancaster, Morecambe) • Yorkshire and the Humber (Sheffield, Doncaster, Barnsley, Rotherham, Wakefield, Leeds, Harrogate, Hull, Scunthorpe) • East Midlands (Derby, Nottingham, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, Hope Valley, High Peak) • West Midlands (Coventry, Redditch) • East of England (Essex, Colchester, Chelmsford, Braintree, Luton, Welwyn, Norwich) • Cheshire (Nantwich, Crewe, Chester) • South West (Bristol, Swindon, Wiltshire, Dorset, Plymouth, Cornwall) • South East (Milton Keynes, Northampton, Bedfordshire, Wycombe, Aylesbury, Havant, Chichester, Horsham, Brighton & Hove, Swindon, Wiltshire, Kent) The lots available to bid for on the tender will be as follows; Lot 1 Total Void • Groundworks • Fencing and Gates • Brickwork • Masonry • Joinery • Plastering & Finishes • Wall, Floor & Sheet Finishes • Plumbing • Glazing • Roofing (Minor Works Lot 2 Electrical Lot 3 Painting & Decorating Keywords: Repairs, Subcontractor
