Two distinct markets share one word. Museums, galleries and visitor centres buy exhibition design, fabrication, fit-out, interpretation and graphic production, sometimes as one design-and-build package and sometimes split across a designer, a main contractor and an AV supplier. Government departments and trade-promotion bodies buy the other kind: stand design, build, floor space and dismantling at trade shows and international expos. Of 1,774 notices on record, 779 are awarded and 65 sit at pre-tender.

The codes that turn up most on these notices are 92521100 (Museum-exhibition services), 39154100 (Exhibition stands) and 79956000 (Fair and exhibition organisation services). Event services (79952000) and Exhibition equipment (39154000) appear often as well, usually alongside one of the first three. Coding is patchy on this topic. Plenty of on-intent notices carry no code at all, which is why this page filters on keywords instead.

Often. Approved-contractor panels for exhibition build and graphic production recur across the notices, sometimes split into lots by project value rather than by trade. Stotles' 2026 Supplier Benchmark Report found that 44% of suppliers treat frameworks as their main route to market, and exhibition work fits that pattern: a place on a panel is worth more than any one show.

Both. The saved search runs on exhibition design, exhibition fit out, exhibition build, museum exhibition, exhibition stand, exhibition graphics, exhibition equipment, exhibition services, exhibition and display, and trade show. Museum and heritage work is the bigger share of the 1,774 notices; trade show stand work is smaller and steadier. Broader wording like exhibition space was left out, because much of what it returns is building refurbishment rather than exhibition supply.
