ESPO is a public sector-owned professional buying organisation offering a comprehensive range of procurement services, including access to over 100 free-to-access framework solutions for the wider public sector. This procurement establishes a framework for the supply, fit and refurbishment of different types of flooring including carpet, vinyl, rubber, linoleum, laminate and hardwood. Additional flooring products and associated services are also covered within the scope of the framework.
