Supply and Installation of Flooring and Furnishings

Procurement Assist Limited is seeking service providers to take part in tendering for a place on a 60 month Dynamic Purchasing System for the Supply and Installation of Flooring and Furnishings. The services will be split into 4 Categories, as follows: Category 1: Domestic Furniture. Category 2: Domestic Flooring. Category 3: Commercial Furniture. Category 4: Commercial Flooring. The DPS will be available for use by iFM Bolton and the whole public sector from across the United Kingdom. The DPS initial application period is 30 days but will remain open until 31 May 2029. Applications from service providers can be made at any time during this period. The DPS is intended to be a fast route to market for Clients, with Clients not needing any further engagement with OJEU procurement processes. Procurement Assist is publishing this Notice of Amendment made pursuant to the original Notice 2020/S 084-199964 to extend the DPS to 31 May 2029. The remaining information in relation to this DPS is unchanged. Lot 1: Domestic Furniture Including, but not limited to: •Free standing and fitted furniture for various rooms, including bedroom, living room, with hard and soft furnishings. •Deliveries to single or multiple sites. Lot 2: Domestic Flooring Including, but not limited to: •Domestic vinyl, carpet, hardwood, laminate, ceramic tiles, resin flooring products, all including sub floor preparation. •Measuring service and choice/selection service. Lot 3: Commercial Furniture Including, but not limited to: •Commercially graded furniture to commercial settings, such as medical beds, communal area furniture, communal residential furniture (care homes, social housing schemes), wardrobes, sofas, seating, desks. Commercial furniture can either be free standing or fitted. Lot 4: Commercial Flooring Including, but not limited to: •Commercially graded vinyl, carpet, hardwood, laminate, ceramic tiles, resin flooring products, all including sub floor preparation. •Measuring service and choice/selection service.
