BOS-Fund Manager for Social Isolation and Loneliness Fund

Tender description

The Scottish Government is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Fund Manager to administer our Social Isolation and Loneliness (SIAL) Fund. Lot 1: The Fund Manager will undertake the administration and management – the payment of funding, including capacity building, and outcomes based monitoring and evaluation – of the projects / organisations to be funded under the Social Isolation and Loneliness Fund between 1 May 2026 – 31 March 2027. Following the end of the funding period (31 March 2027) the Service Provider will be required to undertake a full evaluation of the Fund with the issuing of a final report to the Scottish Government Contract Manager by 30 June 2027. This is a continuation of the existing Social Isolation and Loneliness Fund which has secured additional funding from 1 August 2026 to 31 December 2026.. The Contract will run from 1 May 2026 to 30 June 2027 with the option to extend for up to 6 months to a date no later than 31 December 2027. Subject to that constraint, the Purchaser may extend the period of the Contract on more than one occasion.
