Invitation to Participate in Market Engagement: Emergency Accommodation Framework 2026

Tender description

North Somerset Council invites suppliers to express their interest in participating in a market engagement exercise regarding the provision of Emergency Accommodation Framework. North Somerset Council (the Council) is commissioning for the provision of Emergency Accommodation to assist with its statutory duty to provide interim accommodation for homeless households. This accommodation is required on a night by night basis for a short period while the Council determines if a longer-term duty is required or more settled accommodation must be found. The accommodation required will be for couples and single person households, but there will also be a requirement for households with children. We are seeking to engage with the market to assess the level of supplier interest and to gather insights that may inform the upcoming tender process. Suppliers wishing to participate in this market engagement exercise should click the "Express an Interest" button, complete the attached Market Engagement Questionnaire, and return it via the messaging section of this portal by Monday, 22nd September 2025, no later than 17:00hrs. Please note: Under the new Procurement Act 2023, the Government has introduced the Central Digital Platform (CDP).
