Dublin City Council Panel of Providers of Commercial – Accommodation in the Dublin Regional Homeless Executive (DRHE)

Tender description

Dublin City Council invites applications for the establishment of 5 panels for the provision of Commercial-Accommodation within the Dublin Regional Homeless Executive (DRHE). A total of 5 Panels will be established for the following 5 areas: Lot 1 – Dublin North in DCC Area Lot 2 – Dublin South in DCC Area Lot 3 – Fingal CoCo. Area Lot 4 – South Dublin CoCo. Area Lot 5 – Dún-Laoghaire Rathdown CoCo. Area The Panels will be established for a maximum period of three (3) years inclusive of any relevant break options to reflect the estimated expenditure under the panel which may vary in duration and extend beyond the life of the Panel. Should the value of the Panels be expanded, and/or the duration of the Panels extended, a PIN notice will be published in both instances on eTenders/OJEU clearly indicating the extension and revised value for any extension to the Panels. The Panels will be continually open for access during this time. Should the Panels cease to operate, all members will be notified via www.etenders.gov.ie. This will not affect the delivery of any contracts awarded under the Panels. Competitive Procedure with Negotiation to establish a number of Panel, on the basis that the service comprises a Title III Service in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU. This is the first stage of this competitive procedure whereby any interested party may submit an application in order to be considered for inclusion on any of the 5 Panels.
