West London Waste Authority (WLWA): Digital Meal Planning Solution to Reduce Household Food Waste

West London Waste Authority (WLWA) is seeking expressions of interest from providers of digital meal planning platforms that can support residents in reducing household food waste. The platform should be user-friendly and accessible to a broad demographic. The service will be promoted across six London boroughs (Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hounslow, Hillingdon, Richmond upon Thames) with a potential reach of over 1.7 million residents. We are particularly interested in solutions that combine meal planning, shopping list generation, and behavioural change tools that encourage sustainable food habits.
