Torbay Council Expression of Interest for Supply of Point of Use Water Coolers, Bottled Water, and associated equipment 2025.

Tender description

This Expression of Interest (EOI) is to identify if there is interest in future supply, within the market for provision of of Water Coolers (both Point of Use (plumbed-in), and free-standing bottled devices), bottled water, and associated equipment, within Torbay Council's corporate buildings in various locations within Torbay. PLEASE NOTE: Interested Suppliers are required to fully complete sections B1 and B2 of the Expression of Interest document, and return the document (as an attachment) through the ‘Messaging’ facility of this opportunity, on this ProContract e-tendering system, by 12:00 noon on Wednesday 27 August 2025. It is not acceptable for interested suppliers to only express their interest. They must also complete and submit the Expression of Interest document, as an attachment, via the 'Messaging' facility before the deadline, for their EOI to be accepted by Torbay Council.
