Tender description
One of CRU’s strategic priorities is to ‘Enhance Teams, Capabilities and Governance Standards’. Objectives stemming from this priority include ‘Transforming our organisation to embrace and adapt to future change’, ‘Fostering excellence while maintaining operational stability’ and ‘Growing ‘One CRU’ with a culture of inclusivity, collaboration and openness’. With these priorities in mind, the CRU wish to procure a suitably experienced and qualified learning and development service provider to Design, Develop, and Deliver Leadership Development Programmes to build on and expand the existing skill set of current and future CRU leaders
