Tender description
Corserv Solutions Ltd - Cormac Facilities division are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to under take demolition of existing GRP hut, extension of the concrete base and construction of a new, timber-framed structure at Fenny Bridges, Honiton Devon, under NEC Minor works contract. Please see the attached document for the full scope of works. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 30% Quality, 70% Price.
