Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council and Stockport Homes - Contact Centre Solution - Soft Market Testing

We would like to take the opportunity to do some `soft market testing’ as outlined in the SMT document, to determine current interest levels in the market. Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council (SMBC) and its partner Stockport Homes Group (SHG) are looking to procure an upgrade to the existing or an entirely new contact centre system to replace the current solution. The existing solution has been in use for approximately 6 years. The contact centre traffic is primarily incoming, however there also is a significant volume of outgoing calls. It is essential that the existing contact centre can be replaced or upgraded by September 2025. Both partners have similar requirements. The new solution must be entirely cloud based.
