Kitchen and Bathroom Upgrade Works

Tai Tarian is seeking to appoint a single Contractor to undertake the replacement of approximately 20 kitchens and 10 bathrooms across approximately 25 properties, located throughout the Neath Port Talbot County Borough.It is anticipated that there will be approximately 25 properties issued as part of this Contract and all works will need to be completed by 31st March 2024.The scope of this Contract comprises of the installation of the replacement kitchen and bathrooms together with all associated electrical, plumbing, decoration and refurbishment, as necessary. Work is to be carried out in accordance with the Specification (Appendix 1) for the Contractor’s submitted rates set out in the Schedule of Works (Appendix 2).In addition to this, the Contractor may be required to carry out exceptional works that are within the scope of the Contract but are not specifically provided for within the relevant Schedule of Works.
