Tender description
This project consists of the construction of 11 number residential housing units at Broadford, County Limerick. This 11 Nr. unit development is made up of: 2 No. single storey one-bed units; 6 No. two-storey two-bed units; 2 No two-storey three-bed units; and 1 No. two-storey four bed unit. In addition to this, ancillary site works comprising of an access road, services, footpaths, parking, boundary treatment and landscape works are proposed.
