Kilkenny County Council-Novated Specialist for Design and Installation of 'St. Francis Well' Water Feature for Abbey Quarter Urban Park, Kilkenny City

Tender description

The 'St. Francis Well' water feature will be a 10 meter diameter raised reflection or mirror pool incorporating animation effects added usingCrystal Fountain Pop Jet nozzels. A small bespoke cascade stepped weir design will be incorporated with secondary water supply to the cascade over edge. The Specialist Water Feature Works Contractor will be responsible for the design and installation of all necessary pumps, pipework, electrical works,ighting required to achieve the desired effects. The Water featurestructure and Architectural finish along with the pump house structureswill be designed by the Design Team and constructed by the Main Contractor on site. The Specialist Water Feature Works Contractor will be required to liaise with the Design Team when preparing their design and the Main Contractors for the construction of the Water Feature and pump house structures. The successful Specialist Water Feature Works Contractor will be Novated across to the successful main contractor on the project and will enter into a contract with same for the works at Abbey Quarter Urban Park, Kilkenny City
