Construction of new building to house Virtual Reality Immersive space, student centred learning space, cafe, hydrasimulation centre, and learning technologies lab.Building is to be connected to adjacent buildings on ground and first floor.Enabling works include services diversion and demolitions to prepare site. New build steel frame structure under a design and build contract.
