Dumfries and Galloway Council are seeking suppliers for the provision of bread and bakery products. Goods will be delivered to a Central Distribution Store in Dumfries and schools throughout the region. Lot 1: Fresh Bread and Fresh Bakery Products This contract is for the supply and delivery of fresh bread and bakery products. Products will be delivered to the Councils Central Distribution Store at Cargenbridge, Dumfries and a list of schools across the region. The successful suppler is required to have the capacity to supply the products and said products must fully comply with all Food Safety and Food Standards legislation. Lot 2: Frozen Bread and Frozen Bakery Products This contract is for the supply and delivery of frozen bread and bakery products. Products will be delivered to the Councils Central Distribution Store at Cargenbridge, Dumfries. The successful suppler is required to have the capacity to supply the products and said products must fully comply with all Food Safety and Food Standards legislation.
