Twelve15/Surrey County Council intends to select and award up to two (2) suppliers, one per Lot for the provision fresh produce to meet ongoing service requirements. Bidders can bid for one or both Lots. The duration of each contract is capped at a two (2) year initial term plus optional 2 x one (1) year extensions. The estimated annual value associated with these contracts is a maximum total of £1,058,032 based upon contract value in the previous 12 months. Lot 1 (Postcodes: KT, CR, RH, SN, TN & TW17) has an estimated annual value of £523,967 and Lot 2 (Postcodes: GU, KT14 – KT16 & TW15,18 & 20) has an estimated annual value of £534,065.
