Tender description

The objective of this ITT is to enable SC to have a suitable supplier who can support Scottish Canals by providing artisan Ice cream to various areas across the canals it would also be expected that the successful supplier provides two freezers as detailed in the specification section. This tender is for the supply of Ice cream at our 2 locations, The Falkirk Wheel & Caledonian Canal visitor centre with the view to expand elsewhere. We would like our suppliers to be able to show/inform and supply goods with information with regards to locality and sustainability. The contract will be split into two lots, Lot 1 will be for the supply of Ice Cream for the Falkirk Wheel and Lot 2 will be for the supply of Ice Cream for the Caledonian Canal Centre. Suppliers can choose to bid for both lots or just one lot.
