Tender description

Creation of a Dynamic Purchasing System for Estate Management Services. Lot 1: Groundworks Contractors who specialise in carrying out demolition and site clearance, as well as ground works, drainage, and associated works. This may include infrastructure; roads, carparks, and footpaths from either a repair or maintenance aspect. Lot 2: Tree Work Services required include full tree removal, pruning, and stump grinding. Additional works may include site clearance and ground preparation to enable construction work on domestic properties, offices, or commercial buildings. Lot 3: Landscaping Hard and soft landscaping services, along with grounds maintenance of common areas surrounding domestic properties, offices, and commercial property. Lot 4: Asbestos Removal Asbestos Services including carrying out surveys, organising testing, and then then the removal thereof in domestic properties, offices, and commercial property. Lot 5: Specialist Glazing The removal and repair or replacement of window (all types) and door glazing in domestic properties, offices, and commercial property. Carry out curtain walling repairs, removal and replacement of units in flatted properties, offices, and commercial property. Lot 6: Door Entry Carry out repairs and maintenance of existing door entry and vehicle barrier systems fitted to domestic properties (flats), offices, and commercial properties. This includes both software and hardware. Install new systems based on existing being beyond economical repair. Lot 7: Fire Systems Carry out surveys, installation of new and on-going maintenance of systems over its warranty and lifecycle duration. Provide repair and maintenance services for existing systems installed in domestic properties, offices and commercial property covering; Fire Detection and Alarms Fire Extinguisher and Fighting Equipment Fire Suppression / Sprinkler Systems Lot 8: Metalwork/Blacksmiths Carry out repairs, replacement and maintenance of existing steel structures, gates and railings, staircases, and canopies. Lot 9: Cleaning Carry out all types of cleaning services within domestic properties, offices and commercial property. This covers property void clearing and cleaning, deep and sparkle cleans, kitchen and bathroom sanitation, windows, floors, and bad smell/odour removal.
