Hospital Catering Changing Rooms Refurbishment

Tender description

The project comprises the urgent upgrade to the catering/kitchen staff, male and female changing areas at the Princess Elizabeth Hospital (PEH), Guernsey, Channel Islands and is described as follows; The Male & Female change area are in a very poor state of repair with old and inadequate lighting, the existing shower is in a very poor state or repair, toilet facilities are poor for the number of staff using them, and the main change is extremely cramped, thus making changing very uncomfortable. The rooms have very limited natural light and ventilation. This area has infection control and Health & Safety issues hence the project requires the following works. - Installation of new lighting - Installation of new ceiling grid and tiles - Installation of new shower - Installation of new toilets - Redecoration of walls with Dulux Diamond Matt and Whiterock cladding throughout - Installation of new lockers - Installation of new Vinyl floor covering - Installation of a new wash hand basin - Installation of a new urinal with privacy barrier
