Tender description
The proposed works include the replacement of the existing concrete deck slab with a 300mm thick reinforced concrete slab and other minor refurbishment works including some pointing and grouting of isolated areas. These works are to finalise pier stabilisation works that were undertaken some years ago to prevent ongoing settlement of the pier. The earlier works did not include the replacement of the pier deck.
