Award of Project for WC Refurbishment Works at the Graham Hills Building (2022) (UOS-22967-2022)

Tender description

This project aims to secure a Contractor who will undertake a project for WC refurbishment works at the Graham Hills Building. 1) SPD 4B.1.2: A minimum annual turnover of £500,000 for the past 2 financial years;2) SPD 4B.5.1a: Professional Risk Indemnity: £5million in the aggregate;- SPD 4B.5.1b: Employer’s (Compulsory) Liability: £10million in respect of each claim, and without limit to the number of claims;- SPD 4B.5.2: Public Liability: £10million in respect of each claim, and without limit to the number of claims;- SPD 4B.5.2: Product Liability: £10million in the aggregate; and- SPD 4B.5.2: Motor Vehicle Insurance: £5million for Property Damage, and unlimited in respect of Third Party Injury.
