The overall scope of the project is the design and construction of a 4,800m2 GIFA Advanced Building Solution, together with external works, on IDA Ireland’s Mullingar Business & Technology Park at Ardmore, Mullingar The Works comprise • • Building – Large Production/ Light Industrial Area and Offices to Cat A standard • • Drainage • • External Works • • Incoming Services • • Access Road The works are to be completed by 30 September 2024 (indicative). This project is being procured by IDA Ireland under Directive 2014/24/EU on public procurement as implemented into Irish law by SI No. 284 of 2016.
