Leicester City Council is looking for proposals from Suppliers for the provision of ice creams, hot drinks and snacks at various Authority’s parks within the City of Leicester. The requirement has been divided into 18 Lots across two Categories as follows: CATEGORY 1 – ICE CREAM CONCESSIONS Lot No Park Description 1 Abbey Ground 2 Abbey Park 3 Aylestone Hall Gardens 4 Bede Park 5 Braunstone Park 6 Castle Gardens 7 Cossington Recreation Ground 8 Evington Park 9 Knighton Park 10 Monks Rest Garden 11 Nelson Mandela Park 12 Rushey Fields Recreation Ground 13 Watermead Country Park 14 Western Park 15 Victoria Park CATEGORY 2 HOT DRINKS AND SNACKS CONCESSIONS Lot No Park Description 16 Knighton Park 17 Watermead Country Park 18 Western Park The proposed Concessions Contract will be for five years We anticipate awarding to a single Supplier per Lot.
