Multi-Supplier Framework for the provision of Design and Build dwelling projects with values between €5,000,000 and €35,000,000 (Type 3 Projects) including associated works for use by Meath, Longford, Louth, Westmeath, Monaghan and Cavan County Councils. The Framework will be established on foot of an initial contract for the Design and Build of 47No. dwellings including necessary site development works at Connaught Grove, Athboy, Co. Meath for Meath County Council. Nature of the Design Build Framework Projects: The nature of these projects is to deliver sustainably designed and constructed, high quality domestic accommodation for families. The projects will be consisting of, but not limited to, either 4-bedroom, 3-bedroom, 2-bedroom or 1-Bedroom dwellings in the form of 1/2/3/4 storey terrace/ detached/ semi-detached houses, duplexes, triplexes, supported living units, apartments, Short-term accommodation units, Long-term accommodation units etc., including community facilities and/ or other public buildings as required.
