The House of Commons and House of Lords (the Authorities) require, for the sale in the catering departments of both Houses particularly during functions and events, the provision of a wide range of Frozen Desserts (including plant based), Artisan Bread Loaves, fully and part-baked Rolls, and Afternoon Tea Sweet Selections (including plant based).The goods and services are to be provided daily, Monday to Friday, utilising high-quality ingredients. Handmade would be highly desirable.The Authority expects to appoint a maximum of three suppliers, with one supplier per lot for this contract, who can demonstrate they have the ability to supply value-for-money and fit-for-purpose products and/or services as identified in these requirements, in the most economically advantageous way.
