Tender description
The States of Guernsey is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suppliers capable for carrying out refurbishment works to the Castle Cornet Ladies Toilets (Guernsey). The work is required to be carried out during the closed season (Jan-March 2024). In addition to these works, there is also a requirement for several education locations that will also require significant refurbishment during the summer holidays (21st July to 31st August 2024). These works will be tendered separately as Lots at a later date, but we would look to invite suppliers who have demonstrated engagement for this opportunity. If you have any questions, please submit these through the messaging system on the portal. The closing date for the EOI is Wednesday 15th Nov, with an expected tender return deadline of Friday the 24th November 2023.
