Provision of Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS) - Taxi Support Services for PTS Lincolnshire Region

Tender description

East Midlands Ambulance Service are seeking suppliers to provide patient journeys as part of the Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS) Taxi Support Service for the PTS Lincolnshire Region including along borders of neighbouring counties and to other locations as required. The tender should be awarded as separate lots and providers may bid for one or number of the lots if they are able to provide the necessary service within that area. - Lot 1 PTS Lincolnshire North - Lot 2 PTS Lincolnshire - Central - Lot 3 PTS Lincolnshire - South-West - Lot 4 PTS Lincolnshire - East and South-East - Lot 5 PTS Lincolnshire - North-West There may also be a requirement for National Repatriations and journeys to other point of care institutions within the United Kingdom The contract shall be for an initial 3 year period with the option to extend for further 2 x 12 month periods. Lot 1: Lot 1 - PTS Lincolnshire - North Provision of Taxi journeys may either be from the home of the patient to hospital and treatment centres, or vice versa, which include points of care that are situated within Derbyshire and other neighbouring counties and to other locations as required. Additional information: Estimated value includes the option years if these are taken up to the agreement of both parties. Lot 2: Lot 2 - PTS Lincolnshire - Central Provision of Taxi journeys may either be from the home of the patient to hospital and treatment centres, or vice versa, which include points of care that are situated within Northamptonshire and other neighbouring counties and to other locations as required. Lot 3: Lot 3 - PTS Lincolnshire - Southwest Provision of Taxi journeys may either be from the home of the patient to hospital and treatment centres, or vice versa, which include points of care that are situated within Northamptonshire and other neighbouring counties and to other locations as required. Lot 4: Lot 4 - PTS Lincolnshire - East and South Provision of Taxi journeys may either be from the home of the patient to hospital and treatment centres, or vice versa, which include points of care that are situated within Derbyshire and other neighbouring counties and to other locations as required.
