Offaly County Council are inviting submissions from Contractors to prequalify through Suitability Assessment for the construction of a new Fire Service Training & Development Centre in Tullamore, Co. Offaly The development entails: (a) Provision of a two-story Fire Service Training & Development Centre building (680m2) including; Unisex Changing Facilities, PPE Storage Room, PPE Drying Room, Briefing Room, Toilets and Showers, Breathing Apparatus and Compressor Room, Office, Lecture Room, Instructors Office, Syndicate Rooms and Canteen. (b) Provision of a training tower, vehicle storage unit and goods store (300m2), vehicle maintenance workshop (140m2) and underground confined space training facility. (c) Connection to existing Foul and Storm Sewer networks and provision of an underground water storage tank. (d) Provision of new boundary wall and access gate. (e) Installation of vehicle barrier and removal on 3m of hedging (f) Provision of 19 No. New Car Parking spaces (including 1 No. Accessible) and all associated site works
