Holy Rosary School, Wicklow, invites tenders for energy efficiency retrofit works to a 2,867m2 School (GIFA). The Works are being undertaken to 2 no buildings consisting of 1.) Bethlehem School building, including 8 no. classrooms, toilets, corridors, offices, reception, assembly hall, swing room, sensory room, utility, staff rooms etc., and 2.) Holy Rosary building (3-storey), including 14 classrooms, toilets, staff roofs. The Energy project upgrade measures include new windows, doors, roof lights, roof insulation, roof finishes, pumped bonded bead insulation to cavity walls, external wall insulation systems, external rendering, air tightness measures, internal dry lining of walls, heat pumps, photovoltaic panels, gas boilers, mechanical ventilation heat recovery system, new control systems and energy monitoring.
