Tender description

The purpose of this regeneration scheme is to carry out works to upgrade the Thermal Value to 28nr. Council owned properties at Blackhill Road, Brynafon Road, Fernhill Road and Gower View Road in the Penyrheol area of Swansea. These works will comprise of the upgrade of the external fabric of the properties with the installation of External Wall Insulation (EWI) cladding and accompanying render system, renewal of roof coverings and associated features and the renewal of windows. Further to this is the installation of renewable technologies with the fitment of a Photovoltaic (PV) system to the properties.
