Tender description
Limerick City and County Council - Proposed 10 Nr. unit social housing scheme located at Radharc Cillín, Kilfinane, Co. Limerick. The proposed works will include the construction of 10 No. new housing units built in two separate terraced blocks and will be made up of 2 No. 2 Bed – 2 Storey units, 4 No. 3 Bed – 2 Storey units, 2 No. 4 Bed – 2 Storey units and 2 No. 1 Bed apartments. Piled foundation sub structure including reinforced concrete retaining walls will be constructed due to existing ground conditions. In addition to this, ancillary site works comprising of an access road, services, attenuation, footpaths, parking, boundary treatments and landscaping works will also be included.
