Tender description

Demolish all internal structure apart from the roof of the existing dwelling. Excavate path at front of house. Saw cut existing concrete roof to outbuilding to remove covered link with the existing dwelling. Underpinning of the existing party wall construction and formation of new concrete perimeter foundations. Form new ground floor beam & block floor and re-plan the internal layout of dwelling including new staircase and first floor construction. Raise front door and porch level. Form new ramped access path to front entrance door. Cover remaining existing outbuilding roof with felt laid to falls. Re-work foul/surface water drainage to suit new layout. Cut back side external steps to form drainage channel. Cutting back of existing tree at front and side of house.
