Fernhill - CFA Piling

Tender description

As a short narrative we have 104nr CFA Piles to carry out at one of our sites near Fernhill Train Station (Mountain Ash CF45 3PT). Current design shows 104nr piles in total = 56nr piles at 21m x 450mm diameter and the remaining 48nr piles at 21m x 600mm diameter. Each pile to accommodate a 15m long Steel cage. Works are due to commence on 12th October 2023 for the South side and 27th November 2023 for the North side. Just a reminder if you are interested, we would need a price and programme by 28th August for this scope. Shift times are as follows; - Regarding shift times, it will be 00:30-04:55 mid-week so that's Monday to Thursday and for Saturday nights, it will be 00:30-08:25. These are the planned published times on PPS and will not be actual site working times taking into account setting up the worksite/giving up the worksite and isolations. Dayshift- you can work fenced on the back row without an isolation. Your site times can be 07:00-18:00 or the hours you want your team to work.
