Tender description

DMBC is looking to appoint a Principal Contractor for the construction works associated with a comprehensive New Build School on the former Pensnett School Site at Tiled House Lane, Brierley, Hill, Dudley West Midlands. Works to include the construction of a New Build SEN School including hydro-therapy swimming pool with Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA), External works, Car-parking and Statutory undertakings. Works will involve working alongside several contractors and suppliers. The project will be delivered in Phases as described within the Preliminaries and documentation published within this tender.
