This project entails the construction of a 2-storey gymnasium building measuring approx. 350 sq. m in total floor area over both floors. The ground floor consists of entrance hall and corridors, gymnasium hall, changing rooms, showers, toilets, accessible toilets, an office, plant room, and stairs/lift core. The first floor consists of a balcony, studio gymnasium, kitchen, and storage. The project will consist of the construction of the building, access road, car park, external paving/hardstanding to the building, and all associated services, drainage etc., and ancillary items.
