The London Borough of Hillingdon (LBH) intends to replace the Air Sourced Heat Pumps and associated works at: Adelaide House, Perth Road, Hayes, UB4 9LW - 12 dwellings -, The heating plant room is located on the Ground Floor on the left-hand side of secure parking area. The Heating and Hot Water Services must be maintained during the replacement works. THE WORKS. The works shall include all the works described within the specification documents. The Works include, but are not limited to the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and hand-over of a complete replacement of heat pumps and the provision of certification, O&M Manuals and training to the Council's Representatives in charge of the schemes. SITE VISITS ARE MANDATORY.
