NP827/14 Minor Building Works is a set of framework agreements across NHS Scotland in 34 geographic and value lots for minor building works. For the purpose of this procurement, Minor Building Works are defined as: Publicly funded projects with a value less than GBP 1m but greater than GBP 50k where a multi-discipline contractor is required to deliver new build or refurbishment projects including without limitation the construction of new health and social care centres along with other facilities, extension to existing buildings, the refurbishment/upgrading of existing premises and term contracts for specific programme of work. The scope does not generally include contracts over GBP 1m which should be delivered through Frameworks 2 managed by Health Facilities Scotland; it also excludes low value (under GBP 50k) small works and term trade contracts which will be managed at an individual Participating Authority level. It is intended that the Participating Authorities shall be entitled to call off the Framework acting either individually or collectively.
