The Goods comprise fresh and frozen meat and includes beef, chicken, pork and gammon. The Company is also interested in the supply of Goods that meet elective requirements, such as halal, kosher, organic and free-range produce. The aim of this framework is the supply of high-quality products which are both convenient and value for money. Goods will be supplied, as requested, to the kitchens of various schools and to other the company establishments throughout the Vale of Glamorgan area. A list of current establishments is detailed in Appendix E but this list may be amended by the company at any time. Bidders should note that all our sites along with our Primary, Secondary schools place food orders via an on-line ordering system known as Cypad The successful Supplier must be able to accept orders through this system.
