Tender description

Contractors are invited to tender for the refurbishment and conservation works, including internal alterations Conradh na Gaeilge building at 45 Sraid Doiminic, Gaillimh (protected structure). The proposed works consist of refurbishing the existing roof(s) / chimneys including new rooflights, replacement of existing suspended floors, timber door / windows conservation works, upgrade of bar facilities including fitted furniture, upgrading of sanitary facilities, upgrading of fire alarm and emergency lighting, creation of classroom space within existing rear building, provision of external shelter, external paths and paving, etc., within a city centre site to which access will be quite restricted, especially as the building will continue to function with multiple occupants.
