Tender description

Land Agent’s Cottage works include full reconstruction of the rubble stonewalls, reconstruction of a cut timber roof that is lined internally in sheeted timber, the reinstatement of a corrugated powder-coated mild steel roof and cast concrete barges, repair and rebuilding of chimney stacks. The laying of an insulated concrete floor, the reinstatement of all external painted timber doors and windows to OPW/NMS standard set on Scattery Island.
