Provision of Student Accommodation schemes in the locality of Castletroy, Limerick

University of Limerick wishes to establish the marketplace for suitably well established Landlords/Developers/Investors qualified to express interest in developing accommodation schemes of 50+ bedrooms to be sold to or leased to the University on a long term basis in the locality of Castletroy Limerick. The University of Limerick is particularly interested in hearing from Landlords/Developers/Investors who presently have appropriate sites within a 2.5KM radius of University of Limerick Campus. A very broad outline of requirement is as follows: Accommodation for up to 500 students in an apartment block setting with ancillary support services or in residential home settings with appropriate services or a mix of both. It would be a distinct advantage if these requirements could be met in the next 2.5 to 3 years. It is a distinct advantage if planning permission suitable for occupation by students is in place. A minimum of 50 students needs to be accommodated in any solution presented and up to 500 students.
