Tender description
We are seeking to issue a Contract for a Whole Board Appraisal (WBA) of our Board. The WBA will consider the following: - The proficiency level and effectiveness of the Board, including leadership and strategy, training and skills. - Demonstration that we are compliant with the revised CHC, Code of Governance for RSLs in Wales, which was published in June 2021. - Consider whether we are adhering to the principles of the RBW, Governance Progress Review, “The Right Stuff”, which was published in March 2018. - Consider the diversity of the Board and if it reflects the communities Tai Tarian works in and with.
